Oakwood Village is an award winning over 55’s manufactured home village offering a range of fully established homes.

A large recreation room is available for like-minded retirees to have social activities and functions. Other modern facilities include sheltered BBQ areas, library, swimming pool and a dance floor.

Homes are available in one, two and three bedroom designs with price ranges between $80,000 and $195,000. There are currently 120 homes at Oakwood Village.

Maitland is an attractive city nearby Oakwood Village with several shopping centres, a cinema complex, several bowling clubs, golf clubs and excellent medical facilities; local doctors will come to your home at Oakwood. Also, Maitland has an excellent hospital just 5 kilometres from the village. The railway station is just a 3 kilometre bus ride from the entrance of the village and buses come by every hour connecting Oakwood Village with Maitland, Kurri Kurri and Cessnock. You can travel by train into Newcastle or even catch one of the daily XPT services to Sydney or New England.

Age Restrictions – Over 55’s

Pets – Your small pet is welcome at Oakwood for its lifetime. Your pet has rules by which it must live and you would be required to sign an agreement acknowledging these rules. One pet only in the case of dog or cat, not both. Two birds are permitted.
