Lusso Estate is being developed and will be managed by ORR Investment Group. We are a locally owned family business that has operated in the manufactured home industry for the best part of 40 years. The company spans three generations and has always taken pride in a personal approach to business and loyalty to our local area, our residents and our trades people. We are a local family wanting to support locals. This resort-style estate is centrally located near medical and retail hotspots within a residential setting. Lusso Estate aims to represent everything about the Italian word meaning ‘luxury’ but with an added sense of security, community and affordability.

Each home at Lusso Estate has been specifically designed for over 50s, with single storey, two- and three-bedroom design options. A range of contemporary colour schemes will be available to choose from.

The residences aim to be modern and sustainable and have been planned to settle into the surrounding landscape. Each home will be softened by cascading resort-style gardens and include the highest standard of internal fixtures and fittings.
